How The Pelvic Clock® Helps Correct Excessive Pelvic Tilt:
Is your pelvis in perfect alignment? If so, then ask yourself - will it stay that way?
Excessive pelvic tilts generally lead to the deterioration of both posture and gait, which inevitably lead to lower back pain. For the body to work as nature intended, pelvic tilt should be corrected before beginning any regular strenuous activity such as weight-lifting, running, baseball, or golf.
Don’t be among the millions of people who wait for pain to strike before engaging in corrective exercise. Prevention means creating a “neutral spine position” and maintaining the muscle structure to support it. The Pelvic Clock® workout builds those deep, hard-to-reach core muscles that correct pelvic tilt and maintain a natural, neutral spine!
12-6 Exercise: Repeat 10 to 20 times.
Rock forward and back following 12-6 pattern.
Ground your feet and tilt your pelvis back toward the 12 o’clock marker (in the direction of your head). Take a breath and tilt your pelvis forward toward the 6 o’clock marker (in the direction of your feet).
