“This gets at the root of the issue and helped me regain my brain body connection to hold my pelvis straight, ending chronic pain.

I have had hip / back issues and chronic pain for 10-15 years. I dance 15+ styles. I know my way around the body and how to move and have not been able to solve the problems created by a known pelvic rotation issue. Tried it all, ice, heat, PT, Function First (with Anthony Carey who wrote the book Pain Free"), Pete Egosque method, Advil, sleeping with a pillow wedge, tennis balls (even sleeping on them). Constant choric pain. Impossible to get a good nights' sleep because I can never sleep on either side or roll over without bracing.

My pain was chronically tight, QL, hip flexors, TFL, Piriformis. So front, side and rear of hip always left side. I know I'm rotated (twisted) but even exercises and stretching never really hold long term.

I'm 2 weeks into my time with this device and have had zero pain since my first day trying this out. No joke. I balked at the cost and have zero regrets.

GAME CHANGER. I was able to feel the subtle muscle control and become re-aware of what "straight" actually feels like by the exercises of simply balancing on this.

Because it's relaxing, not 'work', AND not time consuming, I'm successful at spending a few minutes on in most days. Not taking Advil to sleep at night. Sleeping in any position again, pain free, is wonderful. And my days don't have that nagging distraction that chronic pain brings.”
