I like to use pelvic clock device with my patients and clients in my physical therapy and pilates sessions. This device is helping to initiate movements in lower back region. Specially among people who have low mobility or don't have it at all. My clients stated that easy to find neutral position and spine when they on that device. Neutral spine position that we use in therapy and pilates for better posture and proper alignments. Plus "neutral spine" position is helping initiate work in very deep abdominal muscles and work deeper, engaging transverses muscles and pelvic floor.
